2. Our Products and Delivery

We sell digital educational products, primarily the Ultimate Guitar Chord Book and related printable materials. All products are delivered digitally. After a confirmed purchase you receive a download link, normally within minutes, and in every case within 24 hours.

Free resources are provided through third-party file hosting. We cannot guarantee the availability of a third-party service, but we will replace any broken link on request.

3. Licence and Permitted Use

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning or teaching.

• You may store, read and print the material for your own personal use.
• You may print copies for students you teach in person.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the files publicly.
• You may not upload the files to file-sharing sites, torrents or paid membership areas.

• Do not scrape, republish or mirror substantial parts of the site's content.
• Do not use our contact form to send unsolicited advertising, harmful links or abusive material.

Our material is educational. It describes how to play chords, how to maintain an instrument and how to practise. It is not a substitute for professional instruction, and it is not medical advice.

Guitar playing involves repetitive strain and, occasionally, damaged strings. Warm up, play sensibly, and if you feel persistent pain in your hands or wrists, stop and consult a qualified professional. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your instrument and for any tools or accessories you use.

Prices are shown in US dollars at the point of sale and are handled by our payment processor at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already completed.
