2. How to Request a Refund

- 03If you bought through our storefront, you can also reply to your receipt email or request the refund from your storefront account.
- 04We confirm the request, usually within one business day.
3. How Long the Refund Takes
Once we approve the refund, the money goes back to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. The processing time is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
4. What Is Not Covered
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Purchases where the buyer cannot be identified from the order reference provided.
- Fraudulent, duplicated or abusive claims.
- Personalised services or custom work, where the work has already been delivered.
5. Your Statutory Rights
This policy sits alongside your legal rights as a consumer, and it never removes them. If you live in a jurisdiction with a longer statutory cancellation period for digital goods, that period applies instead of the 14 days described here.
6. After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, the licence to use the material ends. Please delete your copy of the file. If you later decide to return, you are welcome to buy again.
